The short version

• ✓You own 100% of every asset we create for you.
• ✓Your data is never shared with other users.
• ✓Your data is never sold to third parties.
• ✓Your briefs and assets are never used for AI model training.

What we collect

When you use BUJE, we collect only what is necessary to deliver your marketing package:

• Account information: email address, name, and billing details (processed by Stripe).
• Brief data: event details, speaker information, brand preferences, and uploaded files (headshots, logos, presentations) that you provide through the brief intake.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and anonymized analytics via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.

How we use your data

• To generate your marketing assets based on your brief.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (asset delivery, account updates).
• To improve the product based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

We do not use your brief content, uploaded files, or generated assets to train AI models. Your creative work stays yours.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. BUJE does not store your credit card number, bank account, or other payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI text generation for your marketing assets. Your brief data is sent to generate content but is not retained for model training.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized website analytics.
• Microsoft Clarity — session recording for UX improvement (no personal data captured).
• Vercel — application hosting.

Data retention

Your generated assets are stored for the duration of your subscription. Event websites are retained for 90 days (Pro) or 180 days (Ultra) after the event date. If you cancel your subscription, your generated assets remain available for download for 30 days. Brief data is retained for 12 months, then deleted.

Your rights

You can:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export your generated assets at any time.
• Opt out of analytics tracking.

Cookies

BUJE uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (GA4, Clarity) are used for product improvement. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
